What Causes Swollen Like Feeling Below The Inner Throat?

i have been feeling a swealing sensation inside the bottom of my throat whenever i swallow for at least 2 weeks, last sunday i went to a walk in clinic, and she gave me a sample,, asmanex, it has been comming and going ,gets worst as the day goes, but fells a little less once i gargle with salt and water
