What Causes Swollen Lips And Yellowish Fluid Discharge After Dyeing Mustache?

My husband had used just for men beard and mustache dye and his lip is swollen and his chin itches and has huge bumps that swell and ooze clear yellowish liquid and the right side of his lip is swollen. He has went to the doctor and they only gave him a steroid shot. It has been three weeks and not sure what to do.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that he has got an allergic reaction to the dye leading to itching and swollen lip along with formation of bump and oozing clear fluid is due to infection..
I would suggest you to take antibiotics like Augmentin, antihistamines like Benadryl or Allegra, clear the bump with an antiseptic solution and apply TRIPLE ANTIBIOTIC Ointment and steroid ointment over it..
Do cool compresses over lip and the bump..
Steroid ointment can be applied over the chin to relieve itching..
