What Causes Swollen Liver And Abdominal Pain?

I have a raised bilirubin since 3-4 years. All other tests of liver are normal. I also have a pain on right side of abdomen (in the region of liver). Sonography showed a minute swelling in the liver 2 years ago.

What may be the cause and treatment?

Hi ! Which bilirubin is raised, direct or indirect? Every parameter shows different diagnose and treatment. And your age pls, tell me. Pain in this location is going from different organs, like as gall bladder. If you bilirubin is raised since childhood it may be congenital defects.
