What Causes Swollen Lump Close To Groin And Right Leg?

hello I recently noticed a swollen lump next to my groin area in the crease of my right leg. I recently got a big scrape on my leg so I m thinking it could possibly be my lymph nodes flushing out infection, but the injury was on my knee so I m not for certain. I recently had a small bump under my arm and it wasn t painful but it did appear close to my pectoral muscle and then it appeared near the outer part of my under arm. I m very concerned now because it is a hard lump and its not very big but according to a few different sites it could be something serious.

Hello,

The 2 enlarged bump could be due to enlarged lymph nodes. You need to investigate with FNAC it bump to rule out whether it's a infective lesion or some tumour. Ultrasound of local part also should be done. According to report further management plan decided.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
