What Causes Swollen Lymph Node On The Leg?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I think I have a swollen groin lymph node. This is the 2nd time in 30 days that I have pain on the inside of my left leg. Last time I did feel a very tender spot that went away in a day. I have had the same pain for 2 days now but the location is a little higher in the leg crease. The spot is tender to the touch and in tender all the way down the back of my leg to the knee. Is this a lymph node issue?
