What Causes Swollen Lymph Node On The Right Side Of The Neck?

I have a swollen gland on the right side of my neck. My throat isn t really sore but it feels as if I have something taking up room in there. However, when I swallow, it feels as if its a muscle that got overworked at the gym. It extremely sore to push on it. I have no fever, and no other symptoms to report besides just overall feeling of achiness and tiredness.

rest for few days...dont continue the gym..take antibiotic like tab. macpod 200 twice a day with tab. emanzen d twice a day...drink lots of water
