What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes And Chronic Cough?

my daughter smokes marijuana everyday for PTSD. She is 21 and it is legal in our state. She is a Hodgkins Lymphoma survivor (4 years). She developed a chronic cough in December and I worry that it is caused from the smoking. Checked with the cancer doctor and he was not concerned so I am taking her to our family doctor. Should they do an x-ray? What procedures should I request? She did have several large lymph nodes in her chest cavity when first diagnosed with Hodgkins but they did reduce in size. I am concerned that the lymph nodes have swollen again and are compressing on her chest causing the cough. Thanks for your input.

Hello,

The chronic cough with multiple lymph nodes may be from bronchitis, tuberculosis or relapsing lymphoma.
You must undergo series of lab tests, CT scan chest for further definite therapy.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
