General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

In the viral infection, generalized gland or lymph node enlargement can develop.

The pain in the gastric area could be due to gastritis or small ulcer. For that rabeprazole can be prescribed.

If gland swelling doesn't resolve in a few days than to rule out nature of lesion you have to investigate with FNAC.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
