Dear patient,
I have read your question and I understand yiur concern.
If I were your doctor I would have you do the Manthoux test to rule out Tuberculosis.
Since your blood tests and ultrasound came OK, than it is most likely a chronic infection like tuberculosis, which doesn't show up on blood tests.
It can also be a benign swollen lymph.
In the end you mayl need to do a biopsy to understand better your condition.

Wish you good health,
Manoku Eni M.D.
