What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes Around The Neck And Clavicle?

Hi…I am a 55 year old adult female and i had Dtap, flu and MMR vaccines for work over the past two weeks. I noticed a swollen lymph node in my neck, left side, above my clavicle. I teach and the children are always bringing things to school, but I am in good health. Thoughts?
