Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the lymph node swelling in the drainage territories are common following certain clinical conditions.

* It is the associated symptoms of fever, localised tenderness or else which are vital to co relate on clinical grounds.

* The lymph node size of 4-5 mm size is not of worrysome post MMR shot (if the same was in gluteal or thigh region ).

* Asymptomatic lymph node enlargement does not need any medical therapy and they resolve over a period of time.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
