General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to an infection which causes swollen lymph nodes. It can be an upper respiratory tract infection. It can also be related to the zdenture.

I suggest to consult a dentist to exclude this possibility. Meanwhile, I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain and swelling.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
