i had unprotected sex with a partner who said he was clean, but you cant just take someones word for it. anyways a few days later my lymphnodes in my neck were kinda swollen and i had a sore near my tonsils... im probobaly over reacting, and it was my first time ever having sex. but i just wanted to know if symptoms of hiv infection can show up that soon.. ?
The only thing you can trust about someone's HIV status is that you have to have his or her report to show. There are many more diseases which are transmitted by physical relations between two person of any sex. You need to have thorough investigations.
There are many symptoms or signs which appears early in the course of STD (sexually transmitted diseases) and then come back only after some period of time may be years later. My advise: 1. Have blood counts 2. Pathological tests for STDs 3. Sonography of Neck and Cytology of the neck node
