General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms you have point to some infection not under control or lymphoma (a condition to be more concerned about). It needs diagnosis by proper physical examination and investigations including CBC and gland biopsy if needful. Please consult a physician earliest, get examined, diagnosed and specifically treated.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
