What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes With Cluster Of Cysts In The Groin Area?

I have swollen lymph nodes and cluster of white fluid filled sacs. I shaved before I tercourse and cut myself a few times. About 4 times and cuts were no more than the size of a typical razor cut one a little larger than normal. I first noticed some itching right after intercourse since we had had sex for about 49 minutes. She had recently shaved also that day. Now about 2 days have last and I notice the small clusters. Is this herpes? I m really nervous. I ve never had this happen to me before. I noticed it got worse as I decided to shave my whole groin area to examine myself.

Hello,

Swollen lymph node is indicative of infection in your groin. Infection in the skin is commonly caused by cuts during shaving. Cuts make you prone to all types of infections. Cut wounds may lead you to get infected with sexually transmitted diseases like syphilis, genital herpes, HIV. HPV, etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined and get STD tests done. If report is positive you will need antibiotics & antivirals. Avoid sex for a couple of days. Never take multiple partners or practice unprotected sex.
