What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes?

I have swollen lymph nodes along my digastric muscles and collar bones (palpable and on CT scan) and they have been this way for over a year. Should I be concerned? I have odd symptoms such as dizziness, weakness, tingling in hands and feet, My most disturbing symptom is the feeling that my swallowing is altered like I have a huge lump in my throat. My CT also says that I have non-specific prominence of my thyroid with a palpable fatty tissue overlying.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern such lymph nodes are not due to any disease and this is nothing to worry, the symptoms of throat discomfort could be due to GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux Disease ) and this can be managed with "Tab Omeprazole with Domperidone" once in day for few weeks, hope this information helps, take care.
