What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes?

I have a had what feels like a swollen lymph node deep in side the left side of my neck for 4 months now. its is tender and hurts when I yawn. Dr.s can not feel on exam. I get lots of aches and pains with my scleroderma and I was wondering if this could be related to that.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and from the history given here I would like to say that if this is the lymph node then this must not be due to the scleroderma and the lymph node may be due to nonspecific reason and this wont be harmful for your health, take care and have a nice day.
