What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes?

I notice that my left lower are, fingers, left foot are a bit swollen. I also have some pain in my left ankle. Also, there is an enlarged lymph node under my chin. I think that my body temperature increases during the night sometimes. What do you think?

Read your query as you have swollen lymph nodes this can be due to viral infection . It might resolve in few day if you have additional symptoms like pain , increase in swelling then you should consult a doctor for evaluation . consult good physcian and get it evaluated . If needed go for complete heamogram and biopsy .
