Take levoflixacin like antibiotic for 5 days.... More water.... Salt water gargle done.... Vitamin c rich food like orange taken... Fruits more.... Avoid excess spicy and fried food... Take benadryl to relieve inflammation... If still no benefit then investigate with ..... -chest x ray for rule out respi cause -ECG or echo for viral carditis If still cause not clear and lymphedenopathy persist then rule out infectious mononucleosis by PS examination and estimation of liver enzymes with liver palpation for hepatomegaly....
