Hello,

Throughout the body you are suffering from tingling sensation associated with swollen neck on the right side. Neck swelling on one side can be due to various factors like enlarged lymph nodes in the neck, neck sprain, mumps, overactive thyroid, tooth abscess, viral throat infection, cancer, etc.

Tingling sensation throughout the body is commonly caused by problem with either the central nervous system (the brain and spinal cord) or the peripheral nervous system (the nerves in the rest of your body) could be causing the symptoms.

You are suggested to get clinically examined by an ENT or GP. You may be referred to a neurologist if need be. Get all required blood test, sputum and swab tests, imaging tests and investigations done so that the pathology is detected and treatment started at the earliest.

You will be treated with antibiotics, supportive remedies, such as resting or pain relief with medications. Surgery is recommended only if required. Malignancy if detected will be treated with chemotherapy, immunotherapy medications, radiation therapy, etc. Stay away from addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
