What Causes Swollen Neck Lymph Nodes, Breasts, Kidney And Abdomen Soreness, Diarrhea?

I am feeling SO ill! Have had swollen lymph nodes behind my left ear and on my neck for over a month. Sore breasts, abdomen, and right kidney. Retaining a lot of water as well. I have gained weight after my doc stopped testosterone injections because my level was too high. Now? I have had a darl blackish diarrea for two days. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME! I am at the end of my rope! I already paid for an online consultation yesterday and it was absolutely worthless! Think I have lymphoma and they cannot detect it in my bloodwork.

What all investigations done till now..please upload the reports..
If I were your doctor I would ask you to get CBP with differential counts, liver and kidney function tests ultrasound of abdomen and anyother tests if felt necessary after a clinical examination.
It can be just due to some viral infection...donot worry much get the tests what I have said..
