What Causes Swollen Nose Tip With Rosacea?

I have rosacea, i have noticed the tip of my nose getting bigger. Why is this? I work in a refrigerated environment and experience red flare up in my face as soon as i leave work everyday. This is the only symptom i have. Does rosacea make the nose tip bigger? Can i prevent this? I am a 29 year old female.
