What Causes Swollen Painful Bruise In Left Armpit?

I just noticed slightly below my left armpit and in it what looks like bruising however it doesn t ache like a bruise when you press on it. It is a bit swollen...I have to add I havent been wacked or bumped there so im more than positive its not an actual bruise. I also might add I had the middle of my clavicle bone on that side removed in 2005 after a bad car accident.. My bone was too tiny to use a plate with screws..and itll hurt if i sleep on that side...goes numb ;not sure if that could have anything to do with it?? Not to mention Im anemic and Rh- ...??

hi.welcome to healthcare magic.i understand your problem.my opinion is that,
1.maintain good hygiene.
2.apply cold compressions over the bruised area.
3.apply antibiotic creams like fusiderm ointment twice daily over the lesions for 7 days.
4.take analgesics like ibuprofen tablets twice daily for 7 days.
