What Causes Swollen Penis And Testicles While Having Diabetes And Renal Problems?

My father is 80 has type two diebeties and has renal problems his penis and testicals have swelled up over the head off the penis , but he says there's no pain. What could new the cause off this? He says he embarrassed to talk to any off his doctors.I have power off attorney what doctor should I contact, the urologist, cardiac, or primary?

HI

If only his penis and scrotum has swollen then you have to consult a Urologist . But kindly examine his feet also if they are also swollen then you better consult a Physician .

Swelling could be due to kidney problems , low proteins in blood or some local problem in blood circulation .
