What Causes Swollen Penis With Fluid Discharge From It?

My penis sometimes feels like it s swelling up. The foreskin ( I m circumcised) will turn a pinkish color and puff up. After a while the underside of my penis will start to release a fluid thats clear and really doesn t have an odor. Then the skin will start to peel and cracks will form between the skin and there will be tender pinker skin under. This is usually the cycle that happens every now and then, And just recently I looked down there and there seems to be a type of yellow substances coming from around the shaft area. What does this all mean.
