What Causes Swollen Red Skin And Cuts All On The Lower Part Of My Vagina?

I am a 27 yr old female 175, I'm 5'5 tall, and seem to be healthy. I am experiencing swollen red skin and cuts all on the lower part of my vagina. Also a cut under the labia or however you spell it, my skin is very red and irratated. Is there any home treatment? Or it it better to see a doctor. This has beeen going on for 3 weeks on and off.
