What Causes Swollen Right Hand And Fingers?

My 2.5 month old daughter has swollen right hand and fingers. We were in a ski vacation and her hand was exposed for a few hours to cold 3 days ago. But, the symptoms started yesterday. Is this related to the cold exposure or should we look for other symptoms. She does not show any other lesions in other parts of body
