General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to an infection or a fungal infection.

I suggest cleaning the finger with hydrogen peroxide and cover it with Neosporin cream.

I also suggest using oral antibiotics.

I recommend taking anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the inflammation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
