What Causes Swollen Sore Spots On The Penis?
Hello. After reading some articles on the symptoms, it seems I have HPV. I have two small spots on my penis that are enflamed with a small white head and extremely painful to the touch. I just read that HPV vaccines are available but I wanted to ask if there is an over the counter cream that can be used until I can see my doctor for the vaccine?

I don't believe it is HPV. Anyway you can do HPV vaccine. You also should be checked for STD and start treatment.
