What Causes Swollen Stomach, Sickness, Headaches And Breast Tenderness?
Hey, my stomach has been swelling, I ve been feeling sick and heving, headaches, breast tenderness and belly cramps. I ve just come if the implant and go to the pill, I ve been having most of there s problems for quite a while now and I have no idea what it is? I thought it was the implant but its been exactly the same now off it, do you have any idea?
Continued symptoms after removal of implant indicate that there may be problems related to your gastrointestinal system like entero-colitis that is infection of the small and large bowel. - Gynecological related problems like:
* Salpingitis
* Ovarian problems
* PID that is pelvic inflammatory disease
This can be diagnosed by the following ways: - Stool tests for 3 consecutive days - Ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis - Clinical evaluation by a general surgeon and gynecologist if required
The treatment will be specific if the cause of symptoms is found well.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
