What Causes Swollen Testicles, Indigestion And Urination During Ejaculation?

Hi I have a swollen testicle , the gp thinks it's a Hyde seal , however I am also experiencing indigestion and my stomach is swelling despite not eating excessively , within the last couple of days it feels like aim urinating when ejaculating during sexual intercourse

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
I would suggest you to undergo ultrasonography and color doppler examination of the abdomen, scrotum to find out what exactly is the problem.

The treatment will depend on clinical; / physical examination done by Urologist/ per-rectal palpation and USG for prostate/ seminal vesicles,

It is possible that your are suggesting from Prostatitis and enteritis.

3 week course of antibiotics and supportive medicines may cure the problem/s...
Also get blood / urine - routine , microscopy, culture and sensitivity reports / Semen analysis... may detect the problem to give you a perfect and complete cure.
