What Causes Swollen Tonsil And Blood During Spitting?
My right tonsil is swollen and I when I spit a small amount of blood is present. I am not experiencing any pain but do feel that there is a lump sensation in my throat when swallowing

In my opinion ,you are having Parenchymatous tonsil.
Start antiseptic mouthwash , Plenty of fluids .
If you donot get relief , ENT examination become essential
