Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that a blood blister on the tonsil along with swollen tonsils and feeling of something struck seems to be due to
Throat infection leading to
Tonsillitis while can also be due to tonsil stones causing inflamed tonsils..
-I would suggest you to start gargling with warm saline solution atleast 3 to 4 times a day..
-You can also gargle with
betadine solution by mixing in water..
-You can suck throat lozenges and chew a
Vitamin C pellet..
-Avoid spicy and hard foods to prevent further irritation..
-You can also sip on warm water throughout the day..
Once the symptoms gets resolved you can get the tonsil stones removed by an ENT expert or can remove on your own with a q-tip.
To limit the formation of tonsil stones you can start gargling with 1:1 solution of
hydrogen peroxide and water..
You can also gargle with water after each meal..
You can also limit dairy intake as it cause more stone formation..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards..
