What Causes Swollen Tonsils After Suffering From RSV And Pneumonia?

4 year and 1 month girl. Been watching swollen tonsils for several months after a bout with RSV and pneumonia in feb. Saw ENT. Scheduled to go back next week. Tonsils have been +3 for several months. They seem to be larger but now look like the have ruptured blood vessels in them. (Much like blood shot eyes). Should we seek medical attention before our scheduled appointment? Otherwise, this child is picture of health. Not on any meds. No fever since Feb with the RSV and pneumonia. We eat a paleo diet and get plenty of sunshine and exercise. Thank you.
