What Causes Swollen Tonsils, Ear Ache And Muffled Hearing Towards Left Side?

I started with swollen tonsils and a white spot on my left one, so i went to the doc and she said that she wasnt convinced it was bacterial. Then i started getting earache, my tonsils have calmed down but my ear becomes agony around 7pm each night but throughout the day it is muffled hearing and pressure on my ear. And I've been waking up with gunky eyes that appears to be conjunctivitis. All of this is on the left side. I've had to take time off work because of how I'm feeling, is it just coincidence its all on the same side?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

well, its not a coincidence , rather it is due to the spread of the infection on one side , i also think that you may also be having a sinus infection and would recommend that you meet your ent doctor for further evaluation.
please continue your antibiotics for the time being.
Thanks
