OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

There is no need to worry as it might be due to trauma and due to recent child birth, the structures are vascular, so I think antibiotic and analgesic will cure the problem.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy S. Bhattacharjee, OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine
