What Causes Swollen Veins In The Right Leg While Suffering From Rheumatoid Arthritis?

I am a 58 year old female with rheumatoid arthritis. Recently the veins/arteries primarily in my right leg have begun to swell up and hurt to the touch. They sometimes look like cauliflower and are hard. What can cause this and what kind of a doctor would I go to

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be the part of Rheumatoid arthritis, and just to confirm this I would suggest to see the Rheumatologist, but prior to this you can see the family physician just to confirm the swelling because it may be nonspecific and may not be due to Rheumatoid arthritis, hope this information helps.
