What Causes Syncope Feelings With Arm Tingling?

Yesterday I felt weird. I had this weak fainting feeling that would come and go. Today I kind of feel that way, but not so much. I started reading about how these being symptoms of strokes and heart attacks. After that I thoguht I felt tingles in my left arm. Part of me thinks this happened because I became nervous abotu what I just read. Could this be allergies, mold spores,.... making me feel this way?
