General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The pattern of your fall has possibility of nerve, muscle or bone injury. Please take rest. Do not try forceful movement. No massage or fomentation. Call ambulance & go to ER for careful expert examination, needful investigations to find exact cause followed by specific management. You can take OTC pill Ibuprofen for temporary pain relief after food.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you.
