Hi There

After reading your medical query I would like to tell you that normal recommended heart rate range is 60 to 100 beat per min. Anything above 100 the ECG will mark it as Tachycardia ( even if it is 101).
As your all the blood tests are normal and also your ECG is sinus so don't worry its just a physiological increased heart rate which usually happens at this age group.
My advise to you is to maintain healthy lifestyle habits like working out daily for 45 min's a day for 5 days a week, avoid junk food and excessive coffee intake and don't take stress. You will be all good.

I wish you good health
