What Causes Tactile Sensitivity In Hands?

my hands are very sensetive, can't bare anything to touch them, especially things brushing through, like a banister, or when you run hand over hair etc. I am being given b12 injections every 4 weeks. what is causing this, what should i do? it is very diffitcult even to type! Everything seems too much stimulus.
