What Causes Tail Bone Pain In A Patient With Hemorrhoids And Constipation?

I am on imipramine and have been for 6 months . I have constipation constantly even tho I eat lots of veg fruit etc . I also have piles now because of it . I have tail bone pain wen sitting that has only ooccurred since this. R they related ? Many thanks . Yvette 43

Hello,

It may be due to minor inflammation in the peri anal area. Consult a general surgeon and get evaluated. Other possibilities like coccalgia also be considered.
