What Causes Tailbone Nerve Pull, Leg Movement Issues And Knee Swelling?

hello doctor, i have the slip disc problem in L5. While walking i have a nerve pull in the tail bone which stops my left leg moment and my right side knee is swelling after walking for some time.. Is it because of my Lumbar spine problem..... pl.. let me know...
