What Causes Tapping Sensation In The Right Ear?

Hi
I have a tapping in my right ear. I recently went to an outdoor music concert ( loud) on Saturday night .
I noticed this started last night . Also , a person next me me did whistled so loud , that it felt like it was in my ear . Could this have caused this ?
I am looking at other answers online . I am healthy , just recently had all labs done with in the past month .
It doesn't hurt , it is just very annoying .
Thanks

Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have tapping sensation in the right ear which seems to be due to ear infection, ear drum injury, increase in blood pressure and eustachian tube disorder. I would suggest you to avoid itching and pricking ear canal with ansy sharp object and apply warm compresses. You should consult ENT specialist again for proper diagnosis and treatment . Discuss the localized increase in blood pressure with doctor due to dysfunction of some small vessel . Doctor may prescribe drug like eperisone , muscle relaxant and sedatives. For now take proper rest and drink green tea thrice a day.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
