What Causes Tastelessness And Burning On Tongue Of A Diabetic?

first i am sugar patient but my sugar level is controlled from 2 months but i feel tasteless mouth right side from 5 month and i am also feeling little burning in my tongue and sometime i feel my right side, mouth nerves sometime being swell and unswell ,in this way i cannot understand whats going on with my mouth.sir,can you suggest me about this?

Well come to HCM
The symptoms may be suggestive of stomatitis in diabetic patient this is very common symptoms and this need to be treated with "Povidone moth gargle" try to control the plasma glucose level with tight rule, take care.
