What Causes Tender Abdomen And Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding?

i have had a contraceptive implant for a year and a half, i have just had two weeks of bleeding and for nearly a week of it i was in bed with this nausea feeling extreme bloating of the tummy and was, i now have stopped bleeding but keep feeling sick every now and then, and am getting light headed and my tummy is tender to touch. has there been a bug going round similar to this.
