What Causes Tender And Painful Bruise On Left Abdomen?
I had a bruise on my left abdomen. I didn t think much about it. Then tonight I noticed it was tender and hurt when I applied pressure. When I pulled up my shirt there were several bruises in a small area. No real pain unless I apply pressure. IT is about 2-3 inches from my ribs.

If you have a bruise in the abdominal area, you probably injured it. I suggest to use vitamin K cream for local application. I also suggest to use anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain. The symptoms will relieve on it's own in a few days.
