What Causes Tender Breast, Spotting And Headache Afterperiods?

I have been trying to conceive for a while now. I did have my period this month But day 3-5 was just to say spotting. I am having doubts I may be pregnant. Ive been having tender breasts for a couple weeks now and dry nipples.. Frequent headaches and am pretty slugish lately. Can I still be pregnant even If I had my period??
