What Causes Tender Breast,hip Pain And Light Bleeding?

Breast tenderness, pains in the side above hips, very light bleeding on & off, & sickness ( only once this morning). Being put off food I like. Had implant out 2 weeks ago. Pregnanacy test done yesterday was negative. Could this be result of having implant out?
