What Causes Tender Breasts And Bloating After Having Plan B Pill?

So me and my boyfriend had protected sex on the July 24th-25th, but on my birthday the 26th we had sex again but the condom broke but he didn t came or anything it was just only pre-cum, i took the plan-b pill the next morning around 9:30-9:40. We had sex again two days after but we were being protected my symptoms have been breast tenderness, bloating and what not is normal the pill can be effecting my cycle? I m only 17 I m really worried please help

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Breast tenderness and bloating is due to the plan B pill.
It contain high progesterone that relax the smooth muscle of intestine cause bloating.
Breast pain is also due to high progesterone.
As you took pill within 24 hours, it is highly effective in preventing the pregnancy.
Period can be delayed by 8-10 days or earlier and excessive bleeding will occur.
So do not worry if period will disturbed slightly.
Meanwhile avoid stress, take healthy diet, take proper rest,
Do gentle massage with evening primrose oil
Take oral simethicone for bloating
Take small frequent meal rather than large meal
Do regular exercise like walking and meditation
